John Sykes (British entrepreneur)

John Anthony Sykes (Born June 1971) is an entrepreneur who featured in the Sunday Times Rich List with a net worth of £27 million〔("Millionaires on your doorstep" ), ''Reading Evening Post'', 7 September 2007.〕 after successful investments in property in the Thames Valley town of Reading, England.
Sykes is Chairman and owner of the Atlantis Group of companies, formed in 2000.
In 2013, Sykes acquired his own private island in The Bahamas, Strangers Cay.
In 2014, Sykes founded the John Sykes Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1156623) whose purpose is to help transform lives for individuals living in Reading.
